Our Meeting Evolution staff have 100 years of experience in the area of meeting management and meeting technology. As such, we are uniquely qualified to assist your organization in many areas including how technology is impacting your operations and recommendations for areas of improvement.

SMM Staffing

There are times when you and your staff just don’t have enough hours in the day to get the most out of your technology! That’s where ME comes in. We can supplement your staff with an experienced SMM technology person. This person is on our staff but they work directly with you as a member of your team. This can be for a set number of hours over a period that works best for your organization.

ME Development History

Before the general release of the Meeting Evolution SMM solutions in 2008, we spent more than 8 years working with major corporate and association senior meeting planners. We worked to identify an essential technical need to manage the details of sourcing meetings and events. Conducting market research with focus groups, clients, and hotel partners to determine the true requirements, we developed a robust sourcing and RFP tool that was easy to use.


In 2008, we started Meeting Evolution to create strategic meetings management (SMM) software solutions for the meetings and events industry from the professional meeting planner’s perspective.


As our meeting management solutions have evolved, we have focused on addressing the specific requirements and challenges faced by our customers to improve their processes and efficiencies. This has resulted in what we call the ME Way – Your System, Your Code, Your Way.


Our experience fine-tuning our solutions to meet a wide range of unique challenges faced by our customers has provided us with a wealth of intellectual knowledge that benefits our customers, as they manage their events.

    When it comes to choosing which meeting technology company to go with, it's easy to be overwhelmed. Meeting Evolution understands that your business is important and that is why we offer the best meeting technology in the market.  All communication & correspondence between Meeting Evolution and any client or prospective client is considered confidential. We are always professional and understand that meeting technology is a serious decision. Our staff is trained to help you choose the meeting technology suitable for your needs. We offer a wide range of meeting technology to choose from to make sure our clients can find the right meeting technology to meet their unique needs. 

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Hours

    Monday – Friday 8 am – 7 pm EST


    Weekend support is available when necessary.

  • What differentiates your company from other meeting technology suppliers?

    Working closely with our customers we are more of a partner than a supplier.  We are not transaction-based but relationship based – our goal is your success.  We pride ourselves on our ‘fanatical support’ and work closely to not only solve the obvious meeting management challenges but dig deeper to see what else we can help with.

  • Where is your support and development staff located?

    100% of our staff are located in the US – we have staff in all time zones and pride ourselves in our rapid response to support requests.  Any issues that can’t be quickly solved are escalated to staff that can provide a solution.

  • What is your commitment to security?

    We have a very high commitment to security.  We have independent companies conduct PCI/DSS and SOC 2 Type 2 audits of how we secure credit card information and validate that we have the proper controls and procedures in place.


    In addition, all of our technology is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with independent 24/7 monitoring and industry-standard IDS (intrusion detection software) running on all servers.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    Our typical pricing structure is an annual subscription that lets you manage an unlimited number of meetings and events as well as have unlimited administrative users.  


    We do not charge a per-transaction fee for meetings or registrations.  Our Annual Support Agreement is 20% of the subscription fees and includes initial/recurrent training, on-going unlimited support, and direct access to our support team.

  • Do you have a GDPR policy?

    Yes, Meeting Evolution is a data processor, as such, we abide by the customer’s GDPR policy. 

  • How long has Meeting Evolution been in business?

    Meeting Evolution was started in October 2008.  

  • Many companies are merging or being acquired – what are your plans?

    Meeting Evolution is a privately held, profitable corporation that continues to grow organically.  Our growth is focused on continuing to provide a high-quality level of support for our customers and technology.

  • Does your mobile app need to be loaded to the Apple/Google stores?

    ME MOBILE does not need to be submitted to the Apple or Google stores.  As a Progressive Web App (PWA), ME MOBILE can be deployed with a simple QR Code or a URL link.  This provides a great deal of flexibility in developing the look and feel of the APP.

  • Do you have contracting capabilities in ME SOURCING tool?

    Yes, there are standard formatted contracts that can be augmented with your clauses and attachments or you can develop multiple custom contracts.
