Before the general release of the Meeting Evolution strategic meetings management software solutions in 2008, we spent more than 8 years working with major corporate and association senior meeting planners. We identified a critical need to manage the details of meeting sourcing processes, hotel RFP processes for corporate meetings, and event logistics. Conducting market research with focus groups, clients, and hotel partners, we developed a robust meeting sourcing platform and event RFP management software that was intuitive and easy to use.


In 2008, we founded Meeting Evolution to create strategic meetings management solutions designed from the professional planner’s perspective.


As our enterprise meeting management software has evolved, we’ve focused on meeting the specific challenges of our customers, improving their strategic meetings management processes, meeting lifecycle management, and meeting program reporting. This approach became the ME Way – Your System, Your Code, Your Way.

    Hours

    Monday – Friday 8 am – 7 pm EST


    Weekend support is available when necessary.

  • Where is your support and development staff located?

    100% of our staff are located in the US – we have staff in all time zones and pride ourselves in our rapid response to support requests.  Any issues that can’t be quickly solved are escalated to staff that can provide a solution.

  • What is your commitment to security?

    We have a very high commitment to security.  We have independent companies conduct PCI/DSS and SOC 2 Type 2 audits of how we secure credit card information and validate that we have the proper controls and procedures in place.


    In addition, all of our technology is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with independent 24/7 monitoring and industry-standard IDS (intrusion detection software) running on all servers.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    Our typical pricing structure is an annual subscription that lets you manage an unlimited number of meetings and events as well as have unlimited administrative users.  


    We do not charge a per-transaction fee for meetings or registrations.  Our Annual Support Agreement is 20% of the subscription fees and includes initial/recurrent training, on-going unlimited support, and direct access to our support team.

  • Do you have a GDPR policy?

    Yes, Meeting Evolution is a data processor, as such, we abide by the customer’s GDPR policy. 

  • How long has Meeting Evolution been in business?

    Meeting Evolution was started in October 2008.  

  • Many companies are merging or being acquired – what are your plans?

    Meeting Evolution is a privately held, profitable corporation that continues to grow organically.  Our growth is focused on continuing to provide a high-quality level of support for our customers and technology.

  • Does your mobile app need to be loaded to the Apple/Google stores?

    ME MOBILE does not need to be submitted to the Apple or Google stores.  As a Progressive Web App (PWA), ME MOBILE can be deployed with a simple QR Code or a URL link.  This provides a great deal of flexibility in developing the look and feel of the APP.

  • Do you have contracting capabilities in ME SOURCING tool?

    Yes, there are standard formatted contracts that can be augmented with your clauses and attachments or you can develop multiple custom contracts.
